Unauthorised agents and companies making fool to Seafarers..

          

 Unemployment is the major issue in shipping industry now a days.. Not only fresh deck cadets and TME's..... Even people with COC are struggling these days....Job sectors, 75% hijacked by agents / middle men......and company offices up to an extend is a new history in shipping. Even companies rejecting people whom they have given sponsorship earlier......

There was an incident happened recently, an young engineer who had completed his pre sea training from a prestigious institution located in Kerala committed suicide. He was a sponsored candidate from a very famous shipping company and they didn't give him a ship for 3 long years waiting after his pre sea training....These category of candidates are tortured mentally by the shipping companies......

Spending lot of money and time behind this profession and not getting job making a serious issue and dangerous situation.... Majority people completed their studies by taking education loan..

This situation answerable ideed...it's a product of DG Shipping Mumbai... stop affiliated Maritime institutions those not having ships is the first step to take by DG....

We are just requesting the authorities....please limit the approval to institutions or at least limit the seats till crisis is over.....And please take initiative to conduct job fairs or placement programs for fresh cadets and fresh coc holding engineers and officers.. Please do not let many more young candidates to commit suicide.. Hope... authorities will take this issue seriously and expecting a post hast action.....

Fg vessel netherland compnay ....directly indicate fraud .

They give you such compnay name in which you can't contact 

After few days he will ask you some money to process .

None of the neatherland compnay do manning on whatsapp.

He is same person doing fraud with doffrent phone nos.

These rpsl compnay mainly earn by providing sponsorship to cadets in 3 4 lakhs.

Once the course is completed they tell them to wait for 1 year as their is long waiting list .

Once they earn well in these year. Then they don't entertain you anymore.

If u complaint also its of no use as they have earned lots of money in this period.

This is the reason day by day rpsl company are increasing.

We can't get Rpsl no. Easily,

From the list few are blacklisted already. Even their are lots of way to renew the suspand license also.

We need beware from this type company ,
